I am pleased to inform you that the Graduate Studies Committee recommended you
for admission to the EDUTL-MA program at The Ohio State University Graduate School
for Autumn 2009. However, before Ohio State can finalize your admission, we
must have clear evidence that sufficient funding will be available to support
you while you live and study in the U.S.

In order to receive your official admission and visa authorization as soon as
possible, please review the attached budget information and print a copy of the
Affidavit of Financial Support form from our web site at-affad.pdf.
Complete the support form carefully, and return it along with the supporting
financial documents to the Graduate Admissions Office. If you previously submitted
financial documents you can access the status of the documents submitted at
to see what is still needed to complete your financial
review.

All financial documents are due upon receipt of this notice. To expedite this
process, you may image the documents and attach them to your email reply, or
fax them to the number below, Attention: Financial Review. It is also imperative
that you include your OSU ID and name when communicating with, or sending documents
to The Ohio State University. Official documents must be submitted to the Graduate
Admissions Office if you choose to enroll at Ohio State.

If you are no longer interested in pursuing admission to The Ohio State University,
please indicate your declination in your email reply.
