We are pleased to offer you admission to Purdue University as an undergraduate in the College of Science, with a major in Mathematics for the session beginning August 24, 2009. Your academic record indicates we can expect you will continue to succeed and we hope you will choose to enroll at Purdue. Please remember to send us your final results from any course work that you complete before your arrival.
The last day to register for classes is August 21, 2009.

To continue the path to become part of the Purdue family, visit https:// and use the following initial account setup password 123123 to set up your student career account. Your student career account is required to accept your admission offer online and to apply for on-campus housing. It also provides access to your @purdue.edu email, and once you have accepted your offer of admission, it will provide access to your myPurdue online student portal at .
If you wish us to take final action on admission procedures, we will need the following before May 1, 2009.
1. Completed International Undergraduate Student Notification of Intent Form (NOI), and all supporting documentation as requested. The Notification of Intent Form can be found at the following website
2. A fee deposit payment in the amount of $3,000.00 which will be credited toward your account at Purdue and will be held as a deposit toward your first semester tuition currently estimated to be $12,100.00. Your payment may be sent to Purdue by one of the following methods:
A certified check made out to Purdue University,
A wire transfer, or
A credit card payment using Touchnet

If you are currently inside the United States, please refer to the following website to obtain the **International Student Transfer In Form**
Your Certificate of Eligibility (I-20) will be prepared and mailed to you when we have received all the requested items. If you wish us to send your I-20 to you by express mail rather than air mail, you may include an additional fee of $45.00 for mailing to an out-of-country address or $10.00 for mailing to an address in the United States.
Additionally, you must be certain to have adequate health insurance coverage, as health care costs in the United States can be extremely high. You must enroll in the health insurance plan made available by the university upon arrival unless you can satisfy the established waiver criteria. (Further information will be made available with the I-20). Current coverage for an unmarried student for a 12-month period is approximately $1,150.00.
If we do not receive your completed NOI form, all supporting documentation and your advance fee deposit before May 1, 2009, we will assume you are no longer interested in attending Purdue University.
