广大托友们都知道IBT口语的Integrated speaking部分又可以细分为Listening-Reading-Speaking类型和Listening-Speaking类型。其中Task3和Task4是属于Listening-Reading-Speaking类型，我今天拿来客户的两道Task3、Task4实例和大家一起分析一下，帮助大家一起面对并且解决Task3、Task4中常出现的问题！
　　Task3、Task4常见问题：
　　1、人称的错误使用。
　　2、过渡词或者信号词的缺乏，使得整个陈述听起来没有层次不明显，在一定程度上影响了整体表达效果。
　　3、很大程度上照搬听力材料中的原话！
　　实例1
　　Western university announces a new course in the practice of professional tutoring. The course combines a discussion class with practical experience in either the Math Center or the Writing Center. In the discussion class, students will explore tutoring theories, examine the role of the peer tutor, and develop effective tutoring practices. In their practical experience, students will observe peer tutoring and advance to supervised tutoring. Students who are considering graduate school in related fields will benefit from this course. Enrollment is limited to 40 and requires the signature of an academic adviser.
　　I think the new course in practice professional tutoring is good for students who are considering graduate school. Firstly, the course combines discussion class with practical experience. Moreover, the students can learn how to teach and learn some practical theories about teaching and learning in the course. However, some universities don’t give teaching assistants much training. They just expect the teaching assistants know how to do it. So this course might be really useful for the teachers. And it might give you skills that could be useful later.
　　解析
　　1、人称的错误使用。Task3、Task4的题目要求通常如下：The woman/ man expresses her/ his opinion about something. State her/ his opinion and explain the reasons she/ he gives for holding that opinion.很多托友在对Task3、Task4的陈述中使用了第一人称而非题目要求的第三人称。这个问题可大可小，因为这直接关系到你有没有正确读懂题目要求的关键问题，所以大家一定要提高警觉了。
　　2、W: So this course might be really useful for the teachers.
　　R: So this course might be really useful for the students who want to the teaching assistant.
　　说明：这位托友对这句话的表达存在偷换概念的嫌疑，因为无论从阅读材料中还是听力材料中都可以听出Training course for tutors是针对毕业后想从事teaching assistant而开设的，所以这位女士才向其推荐。
　　(3) W: And it might give you skills that could be useful later.
　　R: And it will give them skills that could be useful later.
　　说明：人称的使用误差是这篇陈述的主要问题，因为使用了不同的人称后所传递的不同信息是大相径庭的！
　　(4)过渡词的严重缺乏。过渡词无论在口语表达中还是写作中都起到至关重要的作用，套用一句广告词：地球人都知道！稍微有点夸张！Signal Words就象指明灯一些会带领着听者跟着你的思路走，把握你说话的重点！这段陈述中则没有使用过渡词，所以我在上面的Sample answer加入一些Signal Words，并且用黑色字体标出。

实例2
　　Reading passage
　　The college is considering a proposal from the dean’s office that would increase the physical education requirement of the core curriculum from one course to two courses. If approved by a vote of the administration, the new requirement will become effective in the fall semester. At the same time, the college will offer several new physical education courses, including martial arts, dance, and team sports. Students are invited to express their views on the proposed change at a meeting in Room 100 of the Administration Building at 2:00 this Friday. 
　　Sample answer
 　　I do not agree the college increase the physical education requirement of the core curriculum from one course to two courses. Because the college is a place for study. We need to exercise our brain but no our body. It should not have the practical education requirement in the college. Besides, many students have already a lot of exercise with their friends or neighborhoods. And the students have the responsibility to make decision on their own. If they don’t agree the approval, the college should not approve it.
　　解析
　　（1）W: I do not agree the college increase the physical education requirement of the core curriculum from one course to two courses.
　　R: The man disagrees with/ dissents from the college’s proposal of increasing the physical education requirement of the core curriculum from one course to two courses.
　　说明：表示不同意某人观点/持异议/反对的短语积累---disagree with/ about/ on something; dissent from something
　　Disagree with somebody has two different meanings. One means have a different opinion from somebody,即不同意某人观点；It also means (of food/ climate) have a bad effect on somebody or cause somebody to feel unwell,即对某人有不良影响，有害于某人，使某人不舒服。For example, I feel sick, that fish disagrees with me.
　　因为上述表达中涉及了某项政策的实施这个方面，所以我在这里顺便推荐两个相关
　　实用短语：Bring into operation/ effect; carry out a policy
　　（2）W: Besides, many students have already a lot of exercise with their friends or neighborhoods.
　　R: Besides, many students have already a lot of exercise with their friends or neighbors.
　　说明：neighborhood 表示邻近地区，neighbor才表示邻居。单词正确使用有所偏差，问题很大，但是还是应该引起注意。
　　（3）在做Listening-Reading-Speaking类型题时，这类题的听力部分往往是广大托友们的软肋，因为听力欠佳的托友不能够很好地把握听力材料中的关键信息点；还有一种令大家意想不到的情况出现，那就是托友很perfect地掌握了听力部分的大部分信息而且笔记也记录地很好，问题是他很大程度上照搬了听力原材料的句子，没有用自己的语言表达出来，这样同样会影响到其最终得分，建议大家在有限的准备时间内，迅速地在脑海中搜索相关的同义词汇，然后进行适当的替换，用自己的语言表达出来！
